Warehouse Specialist is responsible for managing the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient storage, distribution, and timely delivery of goods. This role involves coordinating and optimizing logistics activities to support the opening of new Museum locations and the maintenance of existing ones, including inventory management, transportation, and warehouse organization.
What you would get to do:
- Receipt of goods with qualitative and quantitative analysis of articles.
- Storage and issuing of goods
- Loading goods for delivery, packaging fragile items and exhibits, avoiding damage during transport or when unloading goods at the customer's place
- Insure goods, materials, equipment and means of work against alienation and damage
- Taking care of the cleanliness of the storage space and disposal of waste in the designated places
- Driving a forklift
- Monitoring the condition of the goods
- Other jobs in the warehouse
Vrsta poslaStalni radni odnos
Potrebno obrazovanje, znanja i vještine
- SSS or equivalent; an advanced degree in logistics, supply chain, or a similar field is an advantage
- 2+ years of warehouse operations experience, preferably in a merchandise or retail environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking management skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects and work in fast-paced conditions
