As an Intrepid HR Manager you’ll live by that - As the main point of contact for all HR enquires for the North & East Europe teams, you’ll coach and guide both managers & employees on core operational people services.
You’ll influence and manage all aspects of HR from recruitment & learning & development through to performance reviews, employment law compliance, retention & terminations. This is a comprehensive role where you’ll get to touch all aspects of HR and develop your skills to elevate your experience to the next level.
A day in the life would have you:
- Providing operational HR support and advice to Intrepid Group managers according to business needs
- Advice to Managers on people processes, employee engagement, building capability, employee rewards, incentives, remuneration, benefits, performance management, and issue resolution
- Conduct remuneration reviews and take ownership over the annual review of compensation requirements for North & East Europe
- Assist line managers in the development of position descriptions and assist with the recruitment process from advertising to proactive candidate sourcing
- Assist in the application of performance management and provide ongoing support to managers and staff
- Collaborate with leaders to manage the formal succession planning process. Keep succession plans up-to-date and look to identify sources of talent both within and outside the organization
