We are now recruiting EU/EEA Social Care Workers to join our teams across Ireland.
The Role
As a Social Care Worker, you will provide person-centred support to residents in a residential setting.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting residents with daily living and life skills
- Acting as key worker where required
- Supporting education, personal goals and independence
- Assisting with appointments, family visits and community participation
- Working as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Supporting coordination of shifts when required
Locations: Ireland (Louth/ Meath/ Cavan/Westmeath/Dublin/Cork/ Wicklow/Kildare)

Requirements (Essential):
- Level 7 degree in Social Care (or EU equivalent) eligible for CORU registration
- CORU registered or in process of registration
If you are not yet CORU registered, you may work as a Healthcare Assistant while completing registration
- Experience in disability / residential / respite services
- Knowledge of Person-Centred Planning and HIQA standards
- EU/EEA citizenship (no visa sponsorship available)
- Strong English communication skills

Hours: 7 x 12-hour shifts over a 14-day period
Salary: €21.65 – €25.65 per hour + €1.50/hour Sunday premium
