Requirements:
- Relevant qualification and helpdesk experience
- Nice to have: Knowledge of hardware and some of the associated technologies / Servers, desktop, laptop and printers, Microsoft Desktop and Server Operating systems, Active Directory, etc.
- Microsoft Windows 7 & 10, Office & Office 365 experience
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Good troubleshooting and analytical skills
Other Essential Skills:
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) French fluency is a plus
- Strong autonomy, team spirit, and interpersonal skills
- Time management and self-organization of the workload
