As a Housekeeping Supervisor at LIOQA Resort, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation and maintenance of the resort's guest rooms, upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and customer service. Your primary responsibility is to maximize customer satisfaction by overseeing the delivery of neat and clean rooms, and by leading a team to provide efficient, prompt, courteous, trouble-free, and proactive service to guests. All your work will be in alignment with departmental guidelines and standards.
Daily Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Supervise and Manage Team: Lead and coordinate the housekeeping team to ensure all guest rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards
- Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure adherence to cleanliness and maintenance standards
- Training and Development: Provide ongoing training, support, and feedback to housekeeping staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Manage Supplies: Oversee cleaning supplies and equipment inventory and distribution, ensuring availability and proper use
- Compliance: Ensure all housekeeping activities comply with health and safety regulations and resort policies
- Communication: Report and provide support for any unusual circumstances, maintenance requests, or replacement orders to the appropriate departments
