What You’ll Do: - Identify and win new clients across mid-market and enterprise segments in the EU - Build and own an outbound pipeline (LinkedIn, cold outreach, events, partnerships) - Sell across all three solution lines: AI platform, custom AI software, and AI learning programs - Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting -> pitching -> negotiation -> closing - Land first-deal opportunities (POCs, pilots, initial projects) and expand into long-term partnerships - Consistently deliver against new business targets

What We’re Looking For: - Proven track record: 2-5+ years of experience selling software or SaaS platforms, IT consulting, or custom software development - Experience selling both product and services (not a must but ideal candidate has worked across SaaS and professional services) - Strong outbound prospecting skills - disciplined, resilient, and creative in building pipeline - Excellent communicator and storyteller - able to engage decision-makers and translate complex technology into clear business value - Consultative sales approach with focus on outcomes and long-term relationships - Comfortable with complex B2B sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders - Entrepreneurial, self-starter mindset - able to thrive without rigid structures
