What You’ll Do:
- Identify and win new clients across mid-market and enterprise segments in the EU
- Build and own an outbound pipeline (LinkedIn, cold outreach, events, partnerships)
- Sell across all three solution lines: AI platform, custom AI software, and AI learning programs
- Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting -> pitching -> negotiation -> closing
- Land first-deal opportunities (POCs, pilots, initial projects) and expand into long-term partnerships
- Consistently deliver against new business targets
