As the Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for the timely and correct handling of matters concerning the day-to-day payroll, including correspondence with the assigned clients. In this job your main goal will be to ensure that TMF’s clients in Croatia are provided with efficient, professional, and high-quality services which meet all statutory obligations across payroll.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation and processing of salary calculation, other income and receipts in accordance with applicable regulations and prescribed client’s deadlines
- Preparing and filing of JOPPD and all other payroll statutory reports to various Croatian authorities
- Preparing posting files, reports and payroll confirmations
- Collecting of all necessary information from the client on time
- Responsible for accurate entry of source information into payroll software
- Ensuring all paperwork is filled on time and accurately with the relevant authorities
- Preparing draft correspondence to clients and authorities
- Working in compliance with all company procedures and related standards of work
- Keeping up to date with changes in payroll and labor legislation
