As an Electrician at LIOQA resort, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation and maintenance of the resort's electrical systems and infrastructure. You will work closely with the facility management team, including gardeners and technicians, to guarantee our guests the highest standards of functionality and comfort. Your expertise will ensure that all electrical systems are safe, efficient, and reliable. Key Responsibilities: Electrical Maintenance: - Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on all resort electrical systems, including lighting, wiring, circuit breakers, and electrical panels - Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain optimal functionality - Install and maintain electrical equipment and fixtures as required Facility Oversight: - Monitor and maintain the resort's electrical infrastructure, ensuring all systems operate efficiently and safely - Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve electrical challenges on time - Ensure compliance with all electrical codes, standards, and regulations Be available for on-call duty to respond promptly to emergency electrical issues, providing quick and effective solutions. Implement contingency plans to minimize disruptions during electrical failures. Participate in quality control inspections and contribute to the continuous improvement of electrical systems.

- Proven high experience as a technician in a hospitality or resort setting - Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure - Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams - Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards - The required level of English is B2 Qualifications: - Proven high experience as an electrician - Strong technical skills in electrical systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair - In-depth knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and regulations - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle emergencies effectively - Commitment to high standards of quality and customer service - Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with different departments
