Structured Finance Analyst (m/f)

Part of the Structured Finance team, the position is a contributor towards the following areas of activity: - Structured financing within the context of trading energy commodities - Project financing for the infrastructure assets in which the company invests - Corporate financing raised by the company for its general corporate needs Main tasks The position requires the ability to: - Complete complex financial analysis, build cash flow models in Excel, preparing impactful PowerPoint presentations, identifying risks and proposing mitigating factors - Under the supervision of his/her manager, take financing transactions from termsheet drafting stage to negotiating legal documentation to closing the financing deals - Follow the financial covenants and other undertakings contained in loan agreements - Monitor the performance of the infrastructure assets where the Company invests and prepare concise and regular reports/presentations for management - In a teamwork with senior Finance team members, maintain relationships with banks and other financing providers such as investment funds and debt capital markets brokers - Contribute to ad hoc tasks requested by management

Qualifications & competencies required: - 1-5 years of business, finance, legal or other relevant experience. Senior associate or 1st year VP from a corporate banking sector is considered as an approximate level of maximum qualification with more junior candidates being also considered on case-by-case basis - Finance, Accounting, Economics are preferred major fields - High proficiency in financial modelling techniques - Advanced knowledge of Excel & presentation tools - Strong analytical skills - Experience in negotiating legal documentation for financing transactions or any relevant legal documentation experience - Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills In such a fast-paced and growth environment, the ideal candidate should feel comfortable approaching work methodically with attention to details. Ability to bring new ideas and identify operational risks together with relevant solutions is a plus.
