Are you a driven, motivated and ambitious individual, love to speak and interact with people and looking to join a professional Customer Care team? - Nice to meet you! Currently we are recruiting for the position of a Customer Care Agent for the English language.
Main responsibilities include
- Receiving and processing inquiries via email and telephone
- Coordination with other units
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports
- Occasionally performing office tasks

What we expect from you:
- English - C1 level
- A minimum of one year work experience in CC field
- Clear and concise written and oral communication skills
- Outgoing attitude and engaging personality
- Dedication, determination and drive for success
- Good command of computer skills
- Focus on solving problems
- Possibility of night shift
