Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a business strategy to establish our HR leasing services in the Croatian market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses and potential clients
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive growth
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and management of a local team
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
- Collaborate with the Polish team to ensure seamless integration and alignment with company goals

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development, preferably in the staffing or HR solutions industry

- Fluency in English
