Accounts Payable Specialist (m/f)

Hitachi Energy is looking for an enthusiastic self-motivated Accounts Payable Specialist who wants to work in an organization that is characterized by exciting projects, successful deliveries, and great team spirit. The position is based in Zagreb, Croatia. Your responsibilities: - Processing of accounting documentation (control and posting of incoming invoices and other accounting changes related to incoming expenses) - Reconciliation of accounting records, business correspondence with clients - Control of calculation of travel orders and related records - Monitoring of accounting regulations - Accounting monitoring of EU and other projects - Other administrative tasks related to expense records - Tracking of payments to suppliers and other due obligations - Living Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

Preferred skills, abilities and knowledge: - Strong numerical and analytical skills - Accuracy, promptness, flexibility, independence - Knowledge of basic laws related to accounting and finance - Experience in analyzing accounting data and postings - Good knowledge of SAP ERP Your background: - Minimum 3 years of work experience in accounting - Degree in Economics - Excellent knowledge of Croatian and English - Advanced use of MS Office, especially Excel - Proactivity in following regulations and rules - Responsibility and accuracy in work
