Service and Network Specialist (m/f)

We're looking for a new colleague to join ZF's Aftermarket team in Zagreb. In this role you will expand and maintain Passenger Car workshop network, provide technical support and training to secure service for our products and pull through sales. Job description: - Drive pull through sales at workshop level by providing technical and network support using our ZF [pro]Tech and ZF [pro]Points concepts - Provide commercial and technical support for existing workshop network partners, as well as new partner acquisition, achieving set growth targets, member part sales targets and membership retention - Planning and delivery of one-day and multi-day technical training courses for distributor, workshop partners and other customers of ZF - Handle technical enquiries received by ZF for all Passenger Car products and related mechanical / electrical systems to ensure full customer satisfaction; technical support for warranty claims - Control and implementation of market actions in close coordination with other departments, as well as continuous market and competition monitoring at workshop level - Support and participate in local and national trade fairs and events; planning and execution of workshop visits with the field service of existing wholesale customers

- Strong knowledge of the passenger car market where ZF Services operates - Experience with ZF products will be considered as advantage - Open to frequent travel
