Head of Controlling in DMC DERTOUR Group (m/f)

Job Description: - Responsible for the Controlling/Reporting process for a company with international corporation background - First point of contact in Croatia for Group headquarters in Germany, auditors, banks advisors, tax advisors, etc. - Cooperation in decision making with the Managing & Finance Director. - Responsible for the accuracy of finance information and full alignment with REWE Group policies. Main Tasks: - Review and ensure all current processes in receivables and payables are in place and are executed in a proper manner. - Review and ensure sure all payments to suppliers are correctly made and in time and are coordinated between treasury and payables teams. Make sure all other prepayments and deposits are followed up correctly. - Review and ensure all invoicing is done correctly and in a timely manner. - Control the cash flow forecast performed by the treasury team is accurate. - Support at coordination of the audit and make sure the audit filling it is completed in time based on REWE Group policies. - Support coordination of the transfer pricing report with advisors and make sure the report is completed on time. - Support at preparation and review of the budget, forecast 1 and forecast 2 with the Managing Director and Finance Direktor, and with Destination Managers, controlling with the final EBITA of each year. - Support at preparation of annual accounts and obtaining approval by the Board of Directors. - Maintain and improve relationships with other departments (e.g. operations, controlling, HR) - Realize short and long-term planned objectives.

Professional Profile: - Bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics, business administration or similar - Professional use of SAP - 5 years of experience in a similar position at Finance or Controlling Dept. - Fluent verbal and written Croatian and English are essential. - Good command in German would be an advantage. - Professional use of Microsoft Office Other Requirements. - The employer can provide employment only to candidates with EU citizenship - Excellent organizational and methodological competencies - Analytical skills - Communication and collaboration skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey findings and recommendations to stakeholders - Critical thinking: Capacity to think critically and evaluate information objectively to support decision-making - Willingness for occasional business trips
