Opis posla
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Credit Risk & Treasury Specialist to join our team. This role involves end-to-end responsibility for managing credit risk exposure, liquidity, and treasury operations, as well as maintaining relationships with key external financial partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring of receivables from distributors and merchants
- Monitoring and managing credit risk exposure, including setting and controlling exposure limits
- Managing credit risk insurance policies and processes
- Acting as the main point of contact for credit risk insurance providers
- Monitoring and managing foreign exchange (FX) risk exposure
- Monitoring and managing entity and group liquidity
- Managing the institution's safeguarding processes
- Managing treasury operations and liquidity buffer calculations
- Preparing liquidity and treasury reports
- Tracking and reporting on key risk management KPIs
- Acting as the main point of contact for external banking partners
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with banks and other financial institutions
- Compiling and delivering other regular and ad-hoc reports related to credit risk and treasury

Qualifications you bring:
- University degree in Finance, Economics or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing financial risks, preferably within banking, insurance, or other financial institutions
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong ability to quickly grasp new concepts and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced FinTech environment
- Proven interpersonal and communication skills, with a team-oriented mindset
- Fluency in both Croatian and English, written and spoken
- Proactive, hands-on approach with a high level of ownership and accountability
