As part of the opening of its first temporary staffing and recruitment agency in Croatia, based in Split, the LIP Group is recruiting a Branch Manager to lead the launch and development of the hospitality, food service, and tourism division.
To identify the best profile, the LIP Group remains open to candidates based in other strategic Croatian cities, including Zagreb, Rijeka, Zadar, and Dubrovnik, as well as candidates with complementary sector expertise (industry, construction, medical, transport & logistics, tertiary services, etc.).
The LIP Group is primarily seeking an experienced professional with strong expertise in hospitality and food service professions, ideally gained in high-end or premium environments. The position requires a very high level of standards, fully aligned with clients who have demanding expectations in terms of service quality, presentation, professional attitude, and operational reliability.
The Branch Manager must be able to understand these high standards, personally embody them through professional behavior and posture, and transmit them to teams and candidates in order to deliver services strictly aligned with client expectations.
Your mission
After an integration and training phase covering the Group’s tools, methods, and standards, you will operate with a high level of autonomy and responsibility.
Your responsibilities include:
- Creating the LIP agency in Croatia and structuring its activity
- Developing business activity and building a B2B client portfolio
- Defining and driving the local development strategy
- Managing the agency as a profit center
- Recruiting, managing, and supporting teams
- Supervising recruitment processes, administrative management, and payroll for temporary staff
- Ensuring compliance with procedures, labor regulations, and service quality standards
