As part of a small, dedicated team, you’ll handle everything from guest communication to online presence, working from our central office to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
You will be representing a luxury product: discretion, professionalism, a strong sense of quality and flexibility are key.
Role Overview
- Communicate with guests and assist with inquiries, bookings, and logistics
- Organise excursions and coordinate special experiences
- Sell accommodation and manage reservations (travel agency-style operations)
- Perform front-desk-like duties and guest administration (office-based)
- Promote and market tourism services
- Create written and visual content for online presence
Work Location: Office-based in the northern part of Zagreb.
