We’re looking for a proactive, organized, and highly reliable Personal Assistant who will simplify the lives of our Leadership Team by managing their personal and administrative needs with precision, confidentiality, and initiative.
About the role:
You’ll support 5 Leaders and handle a wide range of their personal responsibilities. For this, you will place strong emphasis on in-depth research, project management skills, and effective, efficient execution and communication.
A paid test task will be assigned, and candidates who successfully complete it will be invited for an interview.
Some examples of what you will need to do:
- Researching and managing the process of purchasing or renting a home
- Selling items that the leader no longer uses
- Being in charge of all paperwork needed for visas and residency permits
- Arranging travel plans, including flights, hotels, and restaurant bookings
- Handling communication with third parties and other administrative responsibilities
- Scheduling medical and other personal appointments
- Researching and finding the best option for the purchase of a good or service
