UX/UI Designer (m/f)

As a UX/UI Designer, you will play a pivotal role in crafting the user experience and interface of digital products, with a strong emphasis on the product's success. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure that the products are not only visually stunning but also intuitive, efficient, and meet the needs of our users. You will also play a part in designing visuals for our social media, web, and internal projects. The key responsibilities will include: - Conducting user research, creating user personas, and ensuring that design decisions prioritize the end user - Working closely with a client to align design decisions with the overall product strategy and objectives, helping to define the product's vision and goals - Develop site maps, user flows, and wireframes to outline the structure and functionality of the digital product, ensuring an organized and intuitive user journey - Create interactive prototypes to test and refine design concepts, making data-driven decisions to improve the user experience and product functionality - Organize and conduct usability testing sessions, gathering user feedback and insights to make iterative improvements and refine the product's user interface - Define how users will interact with the product, designing interactive elements and interfaces that are user-friendly and efficient, focusing on achieving the product's intended user experience - Create visually appealing and brand-aligned designs, incorporating typography, color schemes, iconography, and layout design that resonate with users and the product's goals - Establish and maintain a design system that ensures consistency in UI elements, fonts, colors, and components across the product's various features - Ensure that designs are responsive and adaptable to different devices and screen sizes, offering a seamless experience to users on various platforms - Work closely with development teams and stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of designs, fostering productive collaboration and communication - Collect and analyze user feedback to continuously enhance the product's user interface and experience, making data-driven design decisions

- 3+ years of UX/UI design experience - Experience with tools such as Figma or Photoshop - Experience with conducting research and translating insights from research to your designs - Understanding the essence of complex user requirements and suggesting simple and functional solutions - Experience in presenting your ideas to clients - Strong communication skills with colleagues and users - Knowing how to define and prioritize your tasks - Being able to facilitate the design process and get your ideas across to users and colleagues using concept sketches and storyboards - Excellent English knowledge It is an advantage if: - You have experience working with Framer and if you can showcase your work (Dribble, Behance...)
