As part of our continued growth, we are expanding our presence and are currently looking for a new team member to join our newly opened office in Zagreb (Buzin) in the role of Customer Service Specialist, responsible for the Bulgarian market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing customer orders end-to-end in SAP
- Handling product and delivery-related inquiries, including sales promotions
- Managing incoming inquiries via phone and email and advising customers on product-related questions
- Maintaining and updating customer data in SAP
- Following up on back orders and handling claims with our European logistics center
- Acting as a liaison between internal departments, including European teams
- Providing ad-hoc support to the customer service team
- Supporting customers throughout the order process
- Identifying the best solutions for customers while ensuring a high level of professionalism
- Supporting account managers in driving sales activities
- Handling administrative tasks related to sales and logistics
