As a Bartender at LIOQA Resort, you will be a key player in providing exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests at our exclusive VIVA Beach Club. Your role will involve preparing and serving beverages, engaging with guests, and maintaining a high standard of service excellence. Responsibilities: - Service Excellence: Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages with precision and flair, ensuring each drink meets the resort’s high standards - Guest Engagement: Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders, offering drink recommendations, and providing information about our offerings - Quality Control: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all equipment and tools are in excellent condition - Inventory Management: Monitor and manage stock levels, placing orders for supplies as needed to ensure the bar is always fully stocked - Guest Satisfaction: Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience - Team Collaboration: Work closely with the restaurant and lounge team to ensure seamless service and a cohesive guest experience - Adherence to Procedures: Follow all operational procedures and guidelines established by the management - Continuous Improvement: Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance your skills and stay updated with industry trends

Requirements: - Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a bartender in a 4-star or 5-star hotel or fine-dining environment - Passion for Hospitality: A genuine enthusiasm for delivering top-tier service and creating exceptional guest experiences - Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with bar equipment, tools, and beverage preparation techniques - Problem-Solving Skills: Offer creative solutions, and make recommendations to enhance guest satisfaction - Professionalism: Strong work ethic, integrity, and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment - Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with a diverse team in a multicultural setting - Positive Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, contributing to a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere - Language Skills: Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages
