Opis posla
Our team is looking for an Accounting and Reporting Specialist in Accounting department to:
- Provide accounting support in monthly closing accounting entries and reconciliations
- Provide accounting support for new projects and product launches
- Provide accounting support for international expansion, including mapping chart of accounts, posting rules, accounting entries, and support for companies within the Aircash group abroad
- Prepare Annual Financial Report and Notes
- Compile Regulatory Reports
- Perform intercompany reconciliations and organize supporting documentation
- Liaise as the contact person for international tax advisors and external accounting companies (Switzerland, UK, Austria, etc.), and systems providers
- Collaborate and assist Operational Accounting, Controlling, and other Departments (Product, Development, Legal & Compliance, Distribution, Sales)
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency and digitalization of the accounting process (Navision ERP)
- Work closely with the Head of Accounting

Qualifications you bring:
- University degree, preferably in finance and accounting
- 5 years of experience in advanced accounting roles, audit or tax advisory
- Knowledge of accounting principles, particularly international accounting standards (IFRS) and consolidation
- Experience with financial systems and ERP software (experience in Business Central / Navision is an advantage)
- Hands-on approach
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy while having full control of the big picture
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as passion for teamwork
- Fluency in Croatian and English, knowledge of German is an advantage
- Strong working ethics
- Open mindedness and willingness to adapt in a fast-growing environment
