What you'll do? As a team player, your responsibilities include:
Designing Modular Building Architecture:
Develop architectural concepts and detailed design for small- to medium-scale modular buildings. Prepare architectural models in Revit and supporting documents including plans, sections, elevations, 3D views, schedules, material submittals, and thermal/fireproofing details.
Ensuring Compliance and Quality:
Apply relevant international and European standards, and ensure adherence to company and project-specific guidelines. Perform basic thermal calculations and understand building material certifications and fire rating requirements.
Collaborating Across Teams:
Participate in project kick-off meetings, interdisciplinary coordination, and site visits. Work closely with electrical, mechanical, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless integration and execution.
Approving and Reviewing Documentation:
Support the review and approval of workshop documentation from subcontractors. Specify materials and services for procurement, and provide technical validation for supplier offers.
Supporting Project Execution:
Provide technical support during production and on-site assembly, including direct cooperation with site managers, quality control, and commissioning teams. Troubleshoot design or installation challenges in real time.
