Requirements:
- Please note that EU citizenship or a valid EU work permit is required.
- Excellent command of English; proficiency in additional languages (Spanish, French, and Italian) is a plus.
- Preferably 2-3 years of experience in customer service.
- Proficiency with Google Suite.
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as an administrative coordinator or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in a fast-paced work environment.
- Consistently positive attitude and approach.
Experience with Bokun, Notion, Google Workspace, and Meta Business Suite will be considered a plus.
