Our Data annotation department is where it all begins at Microblink. The main goal of our Data annotation department and its teams is to provide the best possible quality and efficiency in the classification and labeling of collected data for neural network training and improvement of Microblink’s products.
Therefore, to support our growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic Team Lead ready to take the wheel and help manage and organize the teams that fuel our AI-powered products.
Here are some of the main responsibilities:
- Manage a team of 10-20 young individuals (both full-time and students) that will continue to grow in the foreseeable future
- Participate in the creation of action plans following the business needs of the department and drive their implementation
- Initiate and support team activities to achieve goals that contribute to the growth of the department and ultimately, the organization
- Plan and manage day-to-day activities, schedules, and work tasks and identify areas for improvement
- Coordinate employees and help create a pleasant work environment that encourages quality of work by identifying and eliminating bottlenecks on an operational level
- Supervise and support employee productivity and satisfaction through result tracking, efficiency analysis, feedback interviews, and training and development plans
- Identify and eliminate blockers by prioritizing tasks and effectively allocating available resources
- Continuously work on employee motivation and satisfaction
- Mentor and offer guidance to employees with the aim of their further development and training
