As Head of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy of INP Croatia, with a strong focus on industrial automation, process control systems, and engineering services. You will act as a key interface between customers, engineering teams, and international INP Group partners.
Job description:
- Define and implement the sales and business development strategy for INP Croatia
- Identify and acquire new customers in the process industry, power generation, and industrial infrastructure sectors
- Manage and develop key customer relationships, including international clients
- Coordinate closely with engineering, project management, and INP Deutschland to develop tailored technical and commercial proposals
- Lead tendering activities, including scope definition, cost estimation, and contract negotiations
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
- Achieve revenue, margin, and growth targets in line with company strategy
