Essential duties and responsibilities
- Assisting Operations with generating and preparing Invoices and approving Timesheets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
- Administrative duties in support of project billing (sales orders and invoices).
- Assists with maintaining project timelines which integrate calendars, schedules, and tasks while monitoring progress and notifying the applicable parties of project progression and/or a potential or actual disruption.
- Communicate any potential or actual issues, problems, or additional project information which could have an adverse impact to Operations.
- Provide administrative support to the project team.
- Verifies and analyzes the accuracy of all data associated with assigned projects.
- Maintain an understanding of the company’s capabilities, products, and services to
- deliver appropriate support.
- Responsible for managing office services by ensuring office operations and procedures are organized, correspondences are controlled, filing systems are designed, supply requisitions are reviewed and approved. Point person for mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills, and errands.
