Senior DevOps Engineer

Behind the scenes, our Business Applications team is building the infrastructure and tools that drive our internal operations forward. Now, we're seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to help us improve and maintain our deployment pipeline, infrastructure, and internal development environment. What you'll do: - Collaborate with developers, DevOps, and leadership to design, build, and optimize scalable internal applications - Own and enhance our CI/CD pipeline (Jenkins + GitHub Actions) - Help architect, manage, and improve our Kubernetes infrastructure to support secure, scalable deployments - Integrate AI-assisted developer tooling (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) into the development workflow, ensuring infrastructure supports LLM-driven pipelines where applicable, and leveraging AI to accelerate troubleshooting, solution design, and continuous improvement - Implement and maintain pre-production testing pipelines and QA practices to ensure code reliability - Review code submissions from an infrastructure and security perspective - Maintain and optimize backend automation tools built in Python, Django, and Celery - Keep our infrastructure up to date, patched, and well-documented - Work on API and data integrations, and backend performance tuning - Bring a DevOps mindset to all development efforts, blending engineering with operations - Enhance and ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of our infrastructure

What you'll bring: - 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role - Hands-on experience with: - - CI/CD tooling (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) - - Linux administration - - Docker & Kubernetes - - Bash / PowerShell scripting - - Infrastructure as Code (Ansible or similar) - - Python scripting - - REST API Concepts - - PostgreSQL basics - - Configuration and maintenance of deployment tools (Celery or similar) - Ability to build out DevOps architecture proliferations and enhancements - Solid understanding of Linux server environments, networking, and virtualization - Experience configuring and deploying build tools for code quality metrics, testing, and QA - Familiarity with AI developer tooling and an understanding of how LLM-assisted development affects CI/CD pipelines, prompt-driven workflows, and infrastructure - Strong focus on security, process, and reliability - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Proficiency in English (B2/C1 or higher) We'd be especially thrilled if you: - Have experience with GraphQL, Metabase, Grafana, or other monitoring/reporting tools - Have previous Python & Django development experience - Have knowledge of Django ORM and database management - Have previous experience with Celery - Have previous experience in healthcare technology, MSPs, IT support roles, or compliance-driven environments - Have experience with AI/LLM tooling in a development or DevOps context, including API integrations (e.g., Anthropic, OpenAI), managing agentic workflows, or supporting teams that use AI-assisted coding tools
