Medical Education Coordinator (m/f)

VuMedi is looking for a Medical Education Coordinator (m/f) to join our growing team in Zagreb, Croatia. The ideal candidate would be an enthusiastic person who has great communication, organizational skills, has a knack for handling many responsibilities and is eager to learn. What will you do? - Be responsible for content management and maintenance of partner VuMedi brand channels - Manage all promotional tactics associated with education partners including emails, onsite promotions, and video analytics - Properly classify community video content to increase user engagement - Curate content that increases viewership from registered members - Identify and test approaches to make VuMedi methodologies more efficient and productive - Coordinate and publish content with minor video editing/video converting - Interact with the team daily via videoconference and email - Interact with website users by email The job location will be in Zagreb, Croatia. This is a remote role that will have some in office days.

About you: - You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Croatian - You are proficient in Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and Word, and Google equivalents - You have excellent analytical skills and the ability to understand complex data - You are enthusiastic about learning to use new computer programs like Salesforce, Prospect.io, and Tableau - You have superior time management skills and experience in meeting deadlines - You have a positive attitude and ability to build strong working relationships with others Additional desirable experience: - Experience with web conferencing systems; such as Zoom or WebEx - Experience with online email marketing systems - Experience with basic video editing software - Customer service experience, both by email and phone - Medical background and/or pharmaceutical industry knowledge - Understanding of digital marketing
