Level II Support Engineer position has three primary functions:
- Implement system configurations of company products and solutions both on-site and remote for contracted sales and proof of concept demonstrations.
- Provide comprehensive first line support to customers, systems integrators and reseller/distributors.
- Deliver product/solution demos in conjunction with the Sale Team at exhibitions, remotely using various video presentation tools and other environments.
This position will have the support of senior engineers (Level III) and developers, in a no-blame culture, to help you learn and grow as an individual and engineer. You will also work with the Sales and Operations teams to complete Sales Engineering projects and system testing.
We use Microsoft Teams, TeamViewer, Axosoft, Vtiger CRM, Skype and other applications to handle day-to-day operational duties.
Job responsibilities:
- Email and telephone support functions
- System installations, configuration update, system maintenance and ticket resolution
- Create various reports, diagrams and documents to maintain current customer records
- The ability to work within a team, as well as, unsupervised
Working conditions and job characteristics:
- Most work will be done in an office environment in Zagreb, Croatia
- May include flexible working conditions but this will vary
- Will include some travel
