Opis posla
We are looking for a new colleague in our OPS team. The warehouse supervisor's responsibilities include supervising drivers and warehouse staff, coordinating logistical processes, improving operations part, and preparing all needed documentation.
This position will directly report to Warehouse / HUB Manager.
Description:
- Monitoring and coordination of packages
- Regular daily inspection of the vehicle fleet to ensure the safety and proper functioning of vehicles
- Coordination and maintenance of equipment and the vehicle fleet
- Collaboration with the Warehouse / HUB manager in the administration of the vehicle fleet
- Active participation in the operation of the HUB
- Visiting and inspecting the work of regional warehouses (DEPOs) outside Zagreb to ensure a consistent standard of operation
- Regular communication and coordination with other departments and customers to meet their needs
- Achieving the goals set by management to ensure successful operations
- Working in shifts to cover the need for continuous operation in the HUB
