Opis posla
We are hiring a project development lead in the development of industrial electronic devices (m/f).
Responsibilities:
- To lead, manage and facilitate new product development
- Project plan creation (including planning of testing, systems integration, systems updating, training, among others
- Establishing timelines for each phase of the product development process (including prototyping and testing)
- Managing the budget and financial resources associated with each project phase
- Supporting manufacturing and design activities by developing prototypes for products in development
- Providing leadership, motivation, and guidance to a team of designers and engineers
- Supporting production of the Technical Specification and other Documentation
The base place of work is Zagreb, but the job description may occasionally include short business trips and work in the field.

- You have Master's degree in electrical engineering
- You have a minimum of three years of experience in similar jobs
- You are fluent in both written and spoken English
- You possess experience and knowledge of programs and techniques in project management
- Ensure that you are highly skilled in organization and planning
- You have strong analytical capabilities, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- You possess experience in a cross-functional teamwork environment
- And finally, you can boast to be a team player, who is both flexible and creative in their approach to problem solving
Considered as an advantage:
- Knowledge of the basics of embedded system architecture (HW, SW)
- Basic knowledge of industrial electronic devices and systems.
The ideal candidate has a pronounced interest and is passionate towards industrial electronic devices applied in the area of Energy and is inclined towards continuous development and improvement of his/hers competence.
