Sales Specialist - Key Account Manager (m/f)

As a Sales Specialist - Key Account Manager your main responsibilities will be: - Managing relationships with current clients and searching and acquiring new clients - Lead generation: identifying potential clients interested in using our content marketing platform - Acquiring new clients from the marketing industry (especially SEO and PR agencies) and international brands - Communication with potential and current platform users - working with CRM systems and the WhitePress® platform - supervision of the smooth flow of orders in the system, solving problems with clients, consulting and assistance with client activities, mediating communication between publishers, copywriters and advertisers - Customer support and training - how to use our system, presentation of additional services

The Ideal candidate for this position is motivated, ambitious and hard-working: - You have a strong desire to work in the marketing and IT industry and to have a career in B2B sales - You are a good multitasker, capable of organizing and managing its time efficiently - Previous experience in the marketing industry is an advantage, but not mandatory - Ability to effectively communicate (phone, e-mail, social media - LinkedIn) at all levels of the organization - Communication skills in Croatian (native) and English (advanced), and any other language is a plus - Knowledge about the e-commerce and online marketing industry represent an advantage - Experience in online PR and publishing articles is an advantage
