We’re looking for a Drone Operator to join our dynamic, international team and help keep our drone operations running smoothly. No prior drone experience? No problem! We’ll teach you everything you need to know. As a Drone Operator, you will ensure our remote flights are safe, efficient, and compliant with all procedures. You’ll coordinate with team members located around the world on site with the drones, oversee operations, and help keep everything organized. Key Responsibilities: - Learn and follow flight concepts, safety protocols, and regulations - Complete required certifications and stay updated through ongoing training - Remotely fly and monitor drone operations during flights to ensure safety and compliance - Communicate with team members, customers, and stakeholders to coordinate flights - Manage flight documents and use software to oversee operations - Handle emergency situations and respond quickly when needed Location: Mission Control - Split, Croatia. Start Date: Immediate.

No drone experience needed. We will train the right candidate. Requirements: - Strong English skills for clear communication - Comfortable using computers and learning new software - Attention to detail and the ability to stay organized - A responsible and professional attitude Nice to Have (but not required): - Experience with tools like Microsoft Office or ClickUp - Drone pilot certification (Cat A1 & A3) - Gaming Experience - Emergency/high stress environments
