Your responsibilities will encompass: Recruitment: - Leading the full recruitment cycle, expertly sourcing candidates, conducting comprehensive interviews, and facilitating seamless onboarding experiences for new hires - Designing and executing innovative recruitment strategies to attract highly qualified candidates with a deep understanding of luxury hospitality Training: - Conducting thorough needs assessments and developing bespoke training programs tailored to the specific requirements of our diverse workforce - Delivering impactful and engaging training sessions on refined customer service, in-depth product knowledge, and sophisticated operational procedures Employee Potential Analysis and Career Planning: - Collaborating with employees and department heads to assess individual skills, potential, and aspirations - Curating and implementing personalized mid-to-long-term career development plans that align employee goals with the organization’s strategic needs, fostering a culture of growth and retention

Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Hospitality Management, or a related field - Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in recruitment and training, specifically within a luxury hotel or resort environment - Impeccable communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with an emphasis on professionalism and discretion - Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems, with a keen eye for detail
