Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line IT support to employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and access-related issues
- Manage and resolve IT support tickets in a timely manner while maintaining accurate documentation
- Assist with user account creation, access management, permissions, and onboarding/offboarding processes
- Support maintenance and monitoring of company IT systems, devices, and applications
- Assist with cybersecurity operations, including security monitoring, incident reporting, and following security procedures
- Help identify, investigate, and escalate potential security incidents, vulnerabilities, and suspicious activities
- Support implementation and enforcement of security controls, policies, and best practices
- Assist with endpoint security, software updates, patching, and device management
- Maintain IT documentation, knowledge bases, asset inventories, and operational procedures
- Support employee awareness of cybersecurity practices, including phishing prevention and safe technology usage
- Collaborate with IT, Security, and other teams to improve system reliability and security
- Participate in IT projects, system improvements, audits, and security initiatives
- Stay updated on emerging cybersecurity threats and recommend improvements to reduce risks
