As an operator you are part of a team. Together with one colleague operator and several packing employees, you are responsible for a production line from A to Z. You know how to set up, start up, adjust and convert a machine.
During the day you check the supply of the right raw materials and the result of course! You recognize bottlenecks in the production process and you are responsible for solving simple operational failures. In case of complicated matters, you always have a technical service that you can fall back on. Within the position you will work in 5 shifts.
What are you going to do:
Responsible for setting up, starting up, adjusting and converting machines/various lines
- Checking the supply of the correct raw materials and the result of the end product (and intervene if necessary to ensure production in accordance with the standard)
- Resolving simple operational malfunctions and alerting the immediate manager and/or technical service in the event of major disruptions
- Carrying out various checks based on the established qualitative and quantitative standards and reporting of deviations to the direct manager
- Correctly complete associated administration
- Instructing employees and temporary workers regarding work and supervising it production process in a qualitative and quantitative sense
- All other common activities in the department
- Following the prescribed Moviemento training courses in the field of (food) safety
- Correct and timely completion of work, within set standards
- Keep the workplace orderly and clean
- Compliance with safety, quality, quantity, hygiene, occupational health and safety and environmental regulations
- Working according to and complying with the regulations, procedures and regulations applicable within the organization
