We are seeking a Master Data Specialist to take ownership of entering, managing, and maintaining all relevant partner data across internal systems and databases. This role also includes supporting the timely execution of promotional activities and customer communications. If you are detail-oriented, organized, and enjoy working with data, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date partner data in internal systems and relevant databases
- Managing and implementing all marketing activities in the system and databases
- Coordinating and communicating effectively with partners, internal departments, and end-users to support operational efficiency
- Defining and improving processes within the scope of work
- Collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams to support the execution of business initiatives and contribute to process optimization

Qualifications you bring:
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Proactive and independent approach to task execution
- Experience in working with databases and data administration
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
- Previous experience with ERP and/or CRM systems ih highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, collaborative mindset
