- Preparing documentation for the Accounting department: You'll create simple but precise documents that help Accounting keep track of HR-related expenditures.
- Communication with Management: You'll be the link between our employees and management, conveying important information both ways.
- Recording employee sick leaves and vacations: You'll maintain accurate records of all employee absences.
- Communication with the company’s lawyer: You'll liaise with our legal counsel on matters concerning labor laws and contract formation.
- Communication regarding praises/warnings with direct superiors: You'll be involved in employee performance feedback, ensuring that recognition and corrective feedback are communicated effectively.
