Mid Product Designer (m/ž)

As a Product Designer at our software agency, you'll be responsible for crafting intuitive and visually appealing user experiences across digital platforms. Collaborating closely with our development team and other designers, you'll translate user needs and business requirements into innovative design solutions. Your role will involve conducting research, creating and presenting wireframes, and iterating based on feedback to deliver compelling user interfaces that enhance user satisfaction and drive product success. Your Responsibilities - Gathering and understanding business objectives and user needs, designing user journeys and identifying pain points - Conducting workshops and meeting with team members and clients, participating in specification and review processes - Defining design tasks and providing accurate time estimates, ensuring alignment with project timelines and goals - Proactively communicating with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment on design goals, progress, and challenges. - Crafting user-centric designs and prototypes, focusing on usability and accessibility while maintaining a consistent design language - Conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering feedback to iterate and improve upon designs - Presenting design solutions to clients and/or internal teams, effectively communicating design rationale and gathering feedback for refinement - Collaborating with developers to ensure the implementation of designs meets quality standards and design specifications - Embracing agile methodologies in the design process, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to facilitate efficient collaboration and iteration - Continuously improving design skills and staying updated on industry trends and best practices, while also encouraging and supporting the professional growth of team members

- 2+ years of product design and UX/UI experience in startups or agencies - Strong portfolio that showcases visual skills, problem solving and product conceptualization - Experience in owning the design process from concept to final delivery - Proficiency in Figma or other industry-standard design tools - Knowledge of industry norms, trends and innovative technologies - Capable of effortlessly communicating ideas and design rationale to team members and clients - Proficient in working within fast-paced development cycles to achieve rapid results - Excellent English communication abilities - Familiarity with conventional software development practices Bonus Points: - Vector illustrations
