Our Customer Service department at Multitude is actively seeking a dedicated and customer-centric individual fluent in German and English to join our team in Malta as a Customer Service Coordinator.
Key Accountabilities:
- Support and develop CS Specialists with coaching, and training;
- Train new joiners on systems, market knowledge, and processes;
- Escalations responses and creation of incident tickets when a market issue is identified;
- Complete one-to-one reviews with CS Specialists;
- Deputise for Service Leader;
- Create and review content for processes and procedures;
- Responsible for resolving customer complaints;
- GDPR / AML ticket handling;
- Drive a digital mindset;
- Task allocation;
- Roster / Rota updates/creation.
