Automation & Quality department, part of Product Verification and Lifecycle Management, is responsible for delivering solution on design Quality issues by various tolls & methods. Also we deliver CAD Automation solutions to achieve auto generated turbines designs.
To build best in class setup in support to design & Development of Wind Turbines with a vision of fully automated Design rules verification
Responsibilities
- Identify the gaps in the Design Quality and build & align initiatives
- Drive roadmap for Technology improvements
- Design reviews and signoff
- Building Poke-yoke system for Design failures

Qualifications
- Bachelor's / Master's in Mechanical / Structural / Similar specialization
- Min 10 years of Engineering / R&D experience across any industries like Wind / Automotive / Aerospace / Marine
- Experience in Creo or other equivalent CAD
- Expert in Design reviews in-house design and Supplier Design
- Substantial DFM/A/S experience and knowledge (M= Manufacturing, A= Assembly S= Service)
- Experience in data mining/analysis/actionable insights

- Key Knowledge of product design principles and further value chain requirements
- Attention to detail and solid communication
- Motivated to solve problems and develop automated quality solutions in a timely manner
- Innovative mindset and driving down errors
- Ability to collaborate with global and cross-functional colleagues/stakeholder
