We are now looking for a new Human Resources Business Partner in Zagreb, Croatia! In this position, you will be a strategic partner who partners with specific business units to align HR strategies with business objectives. They HRBP will act as a bridge between HR and the business, providing HR expertise and support to drive business performance. This role will focus on building strong relationships with business leaders, understanding their unique needs, and delivering HR solutions that contribute to the overall success of the organization. What kind of work will you be doing? - Act as a trusted advisor to senior level business leaders, providing strategic HR guidance aligned with business objectives. - Partner with leadership to design and implement people strategies that drive business growth, transformation, and operational excellence. - Translate business needs into HR strategies, focusing on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational effectiveness. - Support leaders in designing optimal organization structures to enhance efficiency, scalability, and business performance. - Lead and execute change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions during restructuring, M&A integrations, or strategic shifts. - Identify leadership development needs and collaborate with Talent & Learning teams to implement executive coaching, succession planning, and leadership programs. - Partner with business leaders to build high-performing teams, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and engagement. - Partner with Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning teams to align hiring strategies with future business needs. - Support strategic workforce planning efforts, ensuring the right talent is in place to drive long-term success. - Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to deliver seamless HR services and process improvements. - Leverage HR analytics and business metrics to provide data-driven insights for leadership decision-making. - Utilize workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, ensuring proactive talent strategies.

What will make you successful? Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree; master’s degree preferred - Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, including a strong foundation in HR generalist functions. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships with business leaders, employees, and other stakeholders. - Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook - Must be able to clearly communicate, both verbally and in writing. English. Preferred Qualifications: - Ability to think strategically, anticipate future trends, and develop innovative HR solutions aligned with business goals. - Deep understanding of business operations, financial metrics, and industry trends. - Understanding of global HR practices and cross-cultural issues. - Proven ability to coach and mentor employees at all levels. - Must be willing to work flexible hours and occasional travel
