As our People & Culture Specialist, you'll be part of our People Operations team. You'll support our People & Culture processes and assist with the implementation of various projects and initiatives related to employee experience, onboarding, performance and development, employee relations, event planning, employer branding, and much more. You'll bring a positive impact to our workplace, and you'll collaborate with other teams with the goal of creating and supporting a great workplace culture that puts people first.

On a day-to-day basis you will:
- Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers on all People & Culture programs
- Support the planning and implementation of various programs and initiatives for the continuous improvement of employee experience
- Conduct initial orientation for new hires
- Conduct meetings with employees (1on1 check-ins, exit interviews, etc.) and report any issues or concerns appropriately
- Participate in developing and conducting training sessions and seminars for employees and the management team
- Support the creation of employee satisfaction and engagement surveys, analyzing data, and preparing reports
- Support event planning (team buildings, company-wide events, office parties)
- Support the development and implementation of Employer Branding activities
- Collaborate with the People Operations team on various other projects
