Case Manager (m/f)

APS Recovery is a leading debt recovery and investment platform in Central and South-Eastern Europe. As we are constantly growing we are always on the lookout for talented, passionate, enthusiastic and motivated professionals. We are currently looking for a Case Manager to join our team of young professionals within APS Croatia and continue ours, and yours, development and growth. What will you do? - Assessment of retail cases; preparation of tailored recovery strategy; execution of approved recovery strategy - Active involvement during legal proceeding - Activation and withdrawal of enforceable documents/soft collaterals; tracking payments related to those documents; monitoring status of those documents - Checking all relevant data bases regarding information about clients - Contact with clients via different means of communication, and/or filed visit - Negotiate out of court solutions (settlements); analysis of the capacity and willingness of the debtor to reimburse the debts, monitoring payment agreements, solving conflict situations for win-win solution - Administrative tasks connected to recovery process and - Performs other assignments from the scope of work given by his/ her direct superiors - Responsible for keeping compliance with the policies, regulations, procedures and other acts, as well as for the fulfillment of prescribed control procedures

Suitable qualifications: - SSS/VŠS/VSS - NPL recovery experience - Call center experience - Knowledge of respective laws - enforcement - Proactive in problem solving - Advanced communication skills and accuracy of speech - Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills - Organized, client and result – oriented profile - Tenacity when handling potential conflict situations Please send your CV in English via the application link.
