Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer (m/f)

We are expanding our team and looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer who is passionate about delivering high-quality software. You’ll help design and execute manual and automated tests to ensure our products meet the highest standards before launch. As part of our Croatian development team, you'll work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders throughout the development cycle, focusing on projects involving modern web frontends, REST-based backend services, Docker/Kubernetes, and AI-driven systems. Your Responsibilities: - Review requirements and technical specifications to provide timely feedback - Create and execute detailed, well-structured test plans and test cases - Develop and maintain automated test scripts using open-source tools - Identify, document, and track bugs and inconsistencies - Perform thorough regression testing after bug fixes - Collaborate with developers and product managers to identify system requirements - Track QA metrics such as defect rates and resolution times - Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes - Stay up-to-date with new tools, techniques, and best practices in testing What You’ll Work With: - Web/Windows frontend applications - RESTful APIs and service integrations - Containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes - Exposure to AI and Deep Learning technologies

What We’re Looking For: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field - 2+ years of experience in software QA or development - Experience with both manual and automated testing - Familiarity with QA tools and methodologies - Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases - Knowledge of SQL and scripting for data validation and test automation - Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, as all internal and external communication is conducted in English.
