Who Are We Looking For We are looking for a proactive and communicative account manager to join our team. As our new account manager, you will communicate with our clients and be their point of contact. You will build and maintain strong relationships with our clients and collaborate with other internal departments. To truly thrive in this position, you should excel in written and verbal communication in the English language and be good at problem-solving. This Role Will Include: - Communicating with clients via email and video calls - Helping to onboard new clients according to our established processes - Building relationships with existing clients and ensuring their satisfaction and long-term collaboration - Educating yourself about our services (content strategy and content creation), so you can explain advanced marketing tactics to our clients in a simple manner - Acting as a liaison between the client and the content team with the goal of improving the entire client experience - Creating client communication templates, SOPs, and FAQs. Maintaining our knowledge base for the account management department - Helping to create sales and marketing materials that will be used for educating clients about our services - Reviewing and sending monthly project reports

Potrebno obrazovanje, znanja i vještine

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. That includes active listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities - Problem-solving and strategic thinking skills. When working with clients, adaptability paired with a can-do attitude is a must-have - Near-native command of written English. We work mostly on international projects and communicate with clients in English - Excellent ability and willingness to communicate with clients through video calls - Experience in professional communication. You should be able to communicate with CEOs and marketing executives and explain complex processes in an easy-to-understand way - Previous relevant work experience in similar positions is welcome - Passion for content marketing is helpful, as it will help you better understand our services and explain them to clients
