This position is for a Regional After-Sales Manager for the Jaguar and Land Rover division (Wallis Adria d.o.o.). JLR Adria consists of Croatia (office-based in Zagreb), Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Montenegro, Albania, Kosovo, and North Macedonia.
Job description:
- Works with Jaguar and Land Rover dealers to actively develop a customer-focused culture that delivers high levels of customer loyalty and advocacy
- Conducts regular dealer visits to review after-sales business performance. Based on these reviews, supports dealers in developing and executing action plans to improve results
- Reviews after-sales customer satisfaction data with dealers (e.g., Customer Experience Insight Programme (CEIP), Mystery Shopping) and uses insights to drive improvements in customer experience. Supports dealers in resolving complex or critical customer issues to ensure outstanding customer service
- Coaches and supports dealer after-sales teams in analysing performance data, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing effective change
- Analyses performance data (e.g., CEIP) using best practices and a strong commercial mindset to identify opportunities to improve business performance
- Supports partners and end users in resolving issues and complaints related to purchased products or services
- Contributes to the development of promotional and marketing campaigns to strengthen Jaguar Land Rover’s market presence and increase service revenue.
- Optimises support and service processes, tools, and systems to improve efficiency and quality
- Monitors competitive activity and industry best practices
- Monitors Parts & Accessories (P&A) sales performance at dealers and service partners
- Monitors compliance with dealer standards in the after-sales area, develops corrective action plans, and works closely with dealers to achieve required standards
- Develop local trade business with external partners
