As “HEAD OF PURCHASING DEPARTMENT” you will be in charge of “disciplinary and technical management of the purchasing department”. Ensuring and optimising the supply of materials to Dream Yacht Charter and Navigare Yachting (DY/NY). In particular, cost reduction measures, taking into account of quality aspects and promoting synergies and new products.
Your main tasks are as follows:
- Observation of national and international procurement markets
- RFQ, comparison and evaluation of offers for material, taking into account TCO, quality, delivery performance and technology
- Cost reduction measures in accordance with an activity plan and targets
- Identify and realize cost potentials
- Developing the organization of relationships with suppliers
- Conclusion of supplier agreements, e.g. framework agreements, quality agreements, NDA and COC
- Installation and implementation of regular supplier evaluations
- Continuous process improvement
- Assumption of special tasks
Hierarchical position
- You will work under the hierarchical responsibility of the "Head of Business Development and Supply Chain" with a dotted line to the Global Head of Purchasing from the holding company
